Role:
- Analyse trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data
- Drive specific engagement initiatives (targeted 1-1 discussions, focused group discussions, etc.) to maximize productivity and develop highly engaged teams
- Develop and deploy culture building initiatives, and implement a high-performance culture
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
- Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework
- Work closely with the central Human Resources team to ensure timely and effective delivery of all HR processes
Required Candidate profile
- Post-Graduate from Tier 1/2 College with specialization in HR (full time)
- 1- 4 years of experience working as a HR Business Partner in a dynamic organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A self-starter who plans and executes initiatives and brings them to a closure independently
- Innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things
- Data driven individuals with an analytical mind set.
