- Responsible for handling end to end employee life-cycle planning various initiatives to enable achieving business, Setting up new joiner induction and on boarding program
- Performance management by ensuring performance reviews, confirmation, goal setting, PIP and flagging any performance related issue Initiating.
- Responsible for handling End to end recruitment for processes.
- Partnering with the business & recruitment vendor to recruit the best Successfully conducted the fit for the business.
- Employee engagement with team level connects and one on one connects with employees and addressing people queries and grievances.
- Managing all employee grievances and compliance related cases and ensuring appropriate consequence management
