Job Role :
- Build strategic HR Business Partnership
- Partner with Business leaders in developing the organisational design, manpower planning, succession planning etc.
- Work closely with the business managers and employees in understanding Employee Relations issues
- Stakeholder management
Desired Profile :
- HRBP experience since last 6 years atleast.
- MBA from reputed university (Full time)
- Must be on a current salary bracket of around 30 Lacs currently.
