HR Business Partner - Education

Our client is a leader in education industry with presence in India and abroad. This role is for the senior leadership team and based in Bangalore, with a high-growth potential.

Job Role :

- Build strategic HR Business Partnership

- Partner with Business leaders in developing the organizational design, manpower planning, succession planning etc.

- Work closely with the business managers and employees in understanding Employee Relations issues

- Stakeholder management

- Would handle multiple offices in Bangalore

Desired Profile :

- Prefer Bangalore based candidates

- HRBP experience since last 6 years atleast.

- MBA from reputed university (Full time)

- Must be on a current salary bracket of around 30 Lacs currently.
