Role Dimensions:

Reporting and Location:
The role will report into Director HRBP and will be based out of Gurgaon.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of the employees of the operations and retail function
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues
- Work with HR COEs to create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain and analyse employee data for determining key talent trends
- Drive completion of annual/ bi-annual performance appraisal cycles for stakeholder functions
- Provide support to stakeholders on HR policy interpretation for supporting operations
- Implement key talent programs to identify and develop talent within stakeholder functions
- Work closely with COEs for deployment of new HR policies/ initiatives
- Identify and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Identify training needs for business units
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong data and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the ecommerce industry is preferred
- Proven ability to execute people/ talent programs
Interactions:
- Internal Stakeholders: Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, HR COE
- External Stakeholders: HR Consultants, Product Vendors
Travel Frequency:
- The role does not necessitate any travel. However, there could be a requirement for ad-hoc travel for specific projects.
Candidate Profile:
Required Experience(s):
- 5 - 8 years of experience in HR roles including a minimum of 1 year as an HR Business Partner
- Must have experience of managing HRBP for warehouse and retail operations.
Preferred Experience(s):
- E-commerce/start-up experience is a plus
