- Partner with Senior Business Stakeholders and drive the HR Agenda not limited to Org Structuring, Manpower Planning, Talent Attraction and Acquisition and Talent Management
As a part of the HRBP team you will:
- Provide inputs in annual reviews and compensation planning
- Help in designing and implementing best-in-class assessment and development interventions to nurture top talent
- Program manage automation of performance assessment processes to enable an Integrated Talent Design and promote competency-based talent management interventions management platform in the organization
- Be the custodian of HR guidelines and policy framework by actively engaging with managers across all levels to create consensus. Serve as a coach to guide and advise managers at all levels.
- Analyse trends in employee turnover, employee engagement surveys, pulse sessions and recommend interventions backed by data
- Develop and monitor informative HR dashboards to track key metrics for enhancing business deliverables
- Be the POC for the entire business for all HR related initiatives, queries and escalations
