- Responsible for managing end-to-end employee life cycle for employees in logistics division
- Work with business in ensuring timely and smooth business expansion in the city from a people perspective
- Design HR initiatives (Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management etc.) across pan-India location
- Drive implementation of HR initiatives across pan-India locations in coordination with city HRBP teams
