- Assist in managing the performance management process, setting KRAs, KRA reviews
- Strong in Employee Engagement
- Provide HR metrics.
- Employee Retentions.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary HR Operational and administrative duties.
- Ensuring employee awareness of HR policies and procedures.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
