HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational development, change management, and workforce planning.
- Lead and mentor a team of HRBPs, ensuring effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance on setting objectives, delivering feedback, and managing underperformance.
- Drive initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, including talent reviews and succession planning.
Talent Development:
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify and address skill gaps within the organization.
- Support leadership development programs and career pathing initiatives to build internal capabilities.
Organizational Design and Change Management:
- Partner with business leaders on organizational design projects, including restructuring, role clarity, and workforce optimization.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during periods of organizational change.
HR Metrics and Analytics:
- Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Track and report on key HR metrics, driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Mitigate HR-related risks through proactive policies and procedures.
