Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ownership of talent agenda for ~650 onrole plus 2000 associates people including learning, performance management etc.
- Being an advisor to the talent acquisition process
- Manpower planning for the Zone to ensure right resourcing
- People connect and engagement charter lead for the zone
- Handling facilities for the zonal office
- Retention and Engagement of Key talent
- HR analytics to arrive at meaningful people insights for the zone
- Being a coach to the circle leadership team on people
- Anchoring talent and performance management for the state
- Grievance handling, consequence management, statutory compliances
- Ensuring a delightful people experience and to become a custodian of culture, diversity and inclusion
