Hiring for a digital Start up based at Bangalore.

Role Objective : Provide a wide range of HR support at a regional level. She will play a key role in the success of the organization by creating and implementing various human resources programs around recruitment, retention, performance management, employee relations, training and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between the regional team and management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of the on roll and off roll employees in the business in the designated region

- Work closely with Management and Employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

- Work with your team to continuously monitor the pulse of employees to ensure a high level of engagement

- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance

- Build the organizational design framework and processes, and lead related projects, fostering the development of organizational capabilities and structures needed to support the execution of the business strategy

- Identify training needs, evaluate training programs and help organize learning and development initiatives for teams and individuals

- Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

- Applying deep understanding of prevailing labour laws, statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and establish appropriate risk mitigation mechanism

Skills :

- Stakeholder management : Ability to navigate through multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization

- HR Business Partnering : Ability to act as the HR business partner

- Assertiveness : Ability to push back

Candidate should be Female.
