HRBP - Digital & IT
- Executive Hiring is looking for a HRBP-Digital & IT Functions for one of the MNC FMCG's, based in Mumbai.
- Post Grad in HR from XLRI/TISS etc. with 4-6 years of work experience in Business Partnering in an D2C outfit, eCommerce, is mandatory.
The Role:
- Managing Employee Life Cycles activities; Drive HR operational processes and policies towards a higher employee experience
- Drive end to end Talent Acquisition including Employer Branding, Sourcing, negotiating offers etc.
- Drive end to end payroll process with coordination with payroll partner
- Work closely with HR Head in driving a collaborative, engaged culture
- Work closely with HR Head in implementation of Organization Development & Capability Building initiatives
- Drive various HR Processes such as Performance Management, Rewards, Recognition etc.
- Manage Employee Engagement and Communication
- HRIS Implementation & Support
- Ensuring Statutory Compliances for the organization
- Supporting Frontline operations and the Local HR's to drive HR processes for frontline
- Preparation of HR Budgets, MIS, Dashboards.
