Qualification: Graduate + MBA/PGDBM

Experience : -7-11yrs

Job Location: Bhiwadi (50Km away from Gurgaon)

Note: Company cab facility is available from Gurgaon

Job Description:

- He/ She should be conceptual sound, articulate and great ability work with multiple stakeholders and highly qualified employee base.

- Manage Employee relations, performance management, employee development plans, communication policies

- Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Performance Management System, Learning & Development.

- Employee Engagement

- Talent Strategy and Development

- Business partnering for a Global designing center

- HR policy formulation and strategy

- Experience in working with people-intensive structures environments from Global branded companies with strong HR practices and processes

- Deal with Regional business leaders and stakeholders independently

- Support the HR Head in execution of any new or ongoing initiatives

- Familiarity with metrics and compliance
