In the role of Corporate HRBP, you will be responsible for providing end to end HR support & solutions to employees, managers & leaders within the Corporate Office.
- This includes and is not limited to Hiring, Onboarding, Performance Management, Driving Policies, L&D & other HR Initiatives such as Engagement & Recognition.
- Responsible for understanding business objectives of all Corporate Teams Fund Management, AIF, Research, Operations, Governance, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Finance & Customer Service & delivering their talent management needs & resolving complex HR issues.
- Review & Analyse MIS/Data & Market Insights to identify trends & provide insights to contribute to quality decision making.
- Proactively contribute to the development & implementation of HR Initiatives
