Location : Ideally Gurgaon, but flexible for the right candidate
Reporting to : CHRO
Purpose of the role :
As a HR Partner for businesses, provide support and leadership to drive the HR strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes.
Responsibilities :
Talent & Leadership :
- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies
- Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire cultural evaluation and potential evaluation
- Strong succession pipeline for N-1/2 leadership positions
- Develop and deploy the competency framework for creating a future ready workforce
- Support Talent development by focusing on Organizational capability, Individual needs and core competence
Extraordinary Performance & Reward :
- Ensure effective deployment of end to end People Processes including Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Org design, span & layers
HR Analytics and Technology :
- Act as a builder, creating reports and dashboards that match to customer requirements
- Orientation on various HR technology platforms, Digitalization, BIG data etc.
