Job Responsibility :
- Partner with the business and transcend the business goals to HR Deliverables
- Advise the Business Heads in all HR related matters
- Build and execute HR charter for the function which is aligned with the business goals
- Act as a catalyst for sustained business performance by ensuring that strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results
- Ideation to the implementation of new initiatives through data intuition and discussions
- Drive organization resource plans, talent reviews, succession plans, hi-potential individual development plans and performance management for assigned business units
- Control Cost through Manpower Budgeting & enhancing employee productivity
- Design & implement HR programs like Orientation, Rewards & Recognition Schemes, employee engagement for all employees
- Develops strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances
- Own organization chart & drive performance review process
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances
- Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework
