Emprise HR Solutions is a leading Consulting firm catering to different Sectors. We are looking for suitable candidates for the following roles :

Company : A leading Global Consulting Brand

Role : HR Business partners (2 positions at senior levels)

Location/s : Delhi NCR

Job Profile:

- Handle responsibilities / job activities linked with the position of HR Business Partner for the assigned unit.

- Strategic intervention for manpower budgeting, appraisals, increments, training, Talent Management etc

- Constant interaction with the Business Function to stay updated on business and potential realignments

- Part of Strategic planning

Desired Candidate:

- Candidates between 11-20 years of experience. Level fitment will be as per overall qualifications / experience of candidate.

- Preferably from a Consulting, ITES or a similar background organization .

- Should be a regular full time MBA with specialization in HR from a premier B School.

- Should be open to work in later evening shift.

- Should be flexible to travel / work from any of the facilities of the client in NCR

- Should have in depth understanding of HR functions.
