Position Name : Sr Mgr/AGM HR Business Partner

Qualification : MBA HR or Equivalent
Experience : 10+ Years
Position Overview : As an HR Business Partner (HR BP), you will be a strategic partner to the business, providing comprehensive HR support to various departments within the manufacturing sector. You will work closely with leadership teams to drive HR initiatives, improve employee engagement, and ensure alignment with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on HR matters to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
Talent Management:
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, working with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
- Support employee development initiatives, including training programs, performance management, and career development.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and industry regulations specific to the steel industry.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
Organizational Development:
- Drive change management processes and support organizational restructuring when necessary.
- Promote and support organizational culture and values across the business.
