HRBP:
- She/He will be responsible for the strategic delivery of solutions and HR services such as Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Design, Change Management & Workforce Planning
- Act as an advisor to Business Heads on their people issues and drive the people agenda
- Be an empathetic listener to employees and help deliver impactful interventions for them
- Ability to get a ground sense and share observations/ raise red flags to senior management
- Drive important capability building interventions such as succession planning for key roles, internal mobility,
- Act as a performance coach as well as an emotional well-being counsellor for employees
Compensation:
- Design various compensation structures within the overall compensation philosophy of the Company in line with market practices for different business verticals
- Design of incentive plans
- Compensation benchmarking
- Design and implementation of KPIs for different verticals & performance tracking
- Annual compensation review & assessment process of the Company including ESOPs management
