- Should have worked and managed day to day employee related activities
- Data Management - Maintain human resources information systems (HRIS) by contributing to the day-to-day management of employee data (On our HR system) and providing recommendations on data administration.
- Should be able to manage monthly payroll inputs
- Must be able to track and analyze data and the root cause of issues related to data integrity, security, and privacy and support data modeling initiatives.
- Providing monthly HR analytics reports and dashboards to concerned stakeholders
- Make recommendations for process improvements
