- This role is responsible to align business objectives with employee and management in PM India.
- The position will serve as a consultant to the management team in PM India on all HR related matters and is responsible in; designing HR actions/ideas/rollouts, overseeing successful implementation of these rollouts and spearheading people engagement measures in the unit.
- The HRBP role will also serve as a point of contact to all India employees and will be a communication bridge between them and country HR contacts.
- To handle HR projects from end to end, which includes but not limited to, supporting critical or key talent acquisition topics, talent forums / development, leadership development other critical roles in India, employee engagement and leading performance evaluation topics.
