- A Center of Excellence (CoE) in Learning and Development is a specialized group that provides expertise, guidance, and support to enhance learning initiatives within an organization.
- It aims to bring together top talent and specialized knowledge to ensure effective training and development strategies, aligning efforts with the organization's goals and maximizing return on investment.
- CoEs often focus on developing innovative methods for evaluating learning impact and synthesizing evidence to continuously improve learning programs.
Must Haves:
- Experience with COE (Centre of Excellence) in Training management /L&D.
- Specific Interventions.
- Retail HRBP experience
- Target Industry : Apparel, Jewellery, Lifestyle, Consumer durables Goods and Retail.
