Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our FMCG D2C brand. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders to provide HR expertise and support in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Partnership:- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their goals and challenges, and providing strategic HR support to help achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business needs and promote a high-performance culture.
Talent Management:- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support the development and retention of high-potential employees through career development, succession planning, and talent reviews.
Employee Relations:- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:- Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters, helping to build their capability to manage and develop their teams.
Organizational Development:- Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and change, and support the implementation of organizational development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and cultural initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
HR Programs and Policies:- Implement and monitor HR programs and policies, ensuring they are effectively communicated and consistently applied.
- Provide input on the development and enhancement of HR policies and practices.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to support decision making.
- Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications:- Master's degree from TOP B Schools.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HRBP role, with a strong background in FMCG and D2C industries.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
