Job Role :
- Responsible for handling HRBP activities for the Contact Center.
- Work closely with managers and executives to align HR practices with overall business objectives.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.
- Involved in talent planning, identifying skill gaps, and helping to develop strategies for talent development, succession planning, and career progression.
- Assist in the design and implementation of performance management systems.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening applicants to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Work on employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Regularly tracking and monitoring employees' performance against the set goals and expectations.
- Implement employee retention programs to enhance job satisfaction and engagement.
- Support employee well-being through wellness programs.
