This position will be accountable for cultivating a high-performance people & culture strategies, optimizing talent management processes, and ensuring seamless HR best practices operations across multiple locations in India and South East-Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform duties in Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent and Succession Planning, Change Management,Diversity,Equity and Inclusion, Compensation and Benefits, Retention and Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Leadership development, Employee relations, Training, Grievance and other HR best practices at both a tactical and strategic level.
- Streamlined and designed the Succession Planning, Change Management,Performance Management, Talent Management,Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, Retention, Promotion, On-boarding, One-One connect and HR operations.
- Works closely with the company's leadership management in the implementation of corporate policies related to HR, organizational, and employee development at the business unit or division level.
- Lead talent initiatives for the business unit; work with management to identify internal high potential talent and drive delivery of local development programs.
- Designing and defining HR processes & policies to align with the business objective and goals of the organization.
- Implementation and execution of major organizational transformation projects to embrace ethics & compliance principles.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues; conduct investigations to minimize legal and third-party exposure while maximizing positive resolution.
- Conducts exit interviews, shares information and highlights opportunities for improvement.
- Prepares effective documentation and makes recommendations for disciplinary actions and termination of employment.
- Partners with hiring company's leadership teams to ensure there is an active workforce planning practice in place to support the company's growth plans.
- Plays an active role with business partners in managing team members performance. Conducts Human Resources training that include both soft skills development and operational skills training process.
- Led the business unit Talent Review with a focus on identifying their next roles, strengths, areas of improvement, TAR and action plan
- Ensure compliance with appropriate governmental and legal regulations,policies and procedures.
- Developed HR dashboards with key metrics like headcount, diversity representation, attrition tracking & analysis.
Desired Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- The desired candidates should have14 to 18 years of progressive work experience including 6+years in a strategic HR Business Lead or HR Head capacity with Global Software Product Development companies or Emerging Business Technologies Consulting Companies or Global Shared Services Technology Center will only be considered for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with demonstrated presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in developing talent and building high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated experience of working with C Suite, CEO and Board Members.
- Sound coaching and consulting skills, including the ability to understand group needs and to communicate HR-related processes and principles to leadership and staff.
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Global HR certification is a plus( PHR, SPHR, and/or GPHR)
- Relevant work experience with multinational software development companies or global digital product engineering development companies or emerging business technologies consulting companies is mandatory.
