Senior HR Business Partner (8-12 years)

It is a global business advisory firm
Role:
- Reporting to the Head of HR, Asia based in HK, you will provide professional and pro-active HR advice to employees and managers in India, including the entire gamut of the employment cycle.
- Act as a partner to stakeholders and proactively advise and support managers on all issues relating to rewards, compensation and benefits benchmarking, learning and development, talent acquisition and performance management.
- Collaborate with the rest of the HR team to formulate and implement new HR policies, procedures and practices as necessary and continuously improve the people management practices within the business to uplift human capital performance within the company.
- Focus on working with the management teams of relevant practices to identify individual development needs within their team and formulate development plans and coach managers HR issues and challenges as required.
- Advise on India employee relation issues (in conjunction with rest of the HR team) to coordinate the company's involvement and communication processes ensuring a cooperative climate and coordinate with the global mobility team and the relocation services vendor to provide relocation assistance where required, including visa immigration service, pre-assignment orientation, temporary accommodation, home and school search, taxation etc
- Guide managers on the use of all policies and procedures across Asia and keep up to date with current and new employment laws and labor legislation to ensure legal compliance of company rules and regulations.
As a successful candidate:
- You should have min 8 years- relevant experience in MNCs, preferably in a professional services industry
- Preferable exposure in specialist recruitment/headhunting with at least 3 years- experience as a HR business partner.
- Ability to deliver results in a high-pressured environment.
- You should have great stakeholder management skills
- You should possess strong interpersonal skills.
- You should have knowledge of India labor regulations.
