- Identified development needs of individuals and guided them to move towards progressive roles, built employee morale resulting in increased productivity and retention and assist in implementation of people management strategies
Employee Connect & Stakeholder Engagements :
- Strong solution oriented business partner with ability to influence business leaders, drive Monthly Connects, Quarterly Business Meets, Quarterly Performance Review meetings, Skip-level and Director level meetings, driving Coffee with Leader sessions and organising Town Halls including being an emcee
- Meet the Manpower plan / Hiring targets in synchronization with business growth projections as per budget.
- Involved in all phases of full-cycle recruitment like sourcing, screening, offer management and on-boarding
Performance Management, Payroll & HR Operations :
- Partner with Business to lead appraisal process with focus on performance management and talent development
- Interact with line managers to understand HR issues and handle critical Employee Grievances.
- Handling the employees- wellness & benefits program for the entire workforce in term of outreach effectiveness
- Responsible for monthly payroll of the organisation.
- Managing HR deliverables for HR operations and Employee relations across entire employee life cycle.
- Ensuring that all the legal compliances, provisions and statutory requirements are met.
Vendor Management :
- Handling vendors for recruitment, payroll, PF & medical insurance.
Special Projects :
- Responsible for initiating and implementation of HR Management System in the organisation.
- Responsible for planning, initiating & implementation of PMS in the organisation
- Launching employee HR handbook.
- Revamped and implemented sales incentive structure.
- Initiated R&R programmes in the organisation.
- Initiating new HR policies & processes and communicating the same to the employees
