Role: HR Business Partner - BPO [for booming eCommerce firm]  Designation: HR Specialist   Position would be an Individual contributor and handle a group of 500+ employees   Roles & Responsibilities:   - The individual needs to be knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of HRM activities.   - Would be responsible for resolving employee issues.
