HR Business Partner - BPO/ITeS

We have an immediate requirement for the positions of Sr. Level - HR Generalist for a leading ITES organisation at Vizag .

Education: Required MBA with experience of 11- 15 yrs in handling end to end HR activities. Exp from ITES/ BPO model required

Responsibilities include:

- Build Deeper Client Relationships with People Managers, Managers & Function /Operations Heads

- Coordinate and liaison with other HR teams such as Case Management, Talent Management, and C&B etc., in order to support various HR priorities and programs

- Manage Performance reviews and understand differential performance

- Enable & support business teams on HR related matters/policies/proces

- Ownership of employee attrition reporting and retention initiatives for respective business units

- Exhibit a proactive approach to HR related Business impact with ability to devise programs addressing business needs in day to day business operations

- Guide the People Manager to work with identified resource on skill development and support & facilitate Retention Strategy deployment at People Manager level.

- Keep a tab on attrition and diversity numbers and drive initiatives around this to meet targets. Create awareness of diversity programs and benefits
