- Talent Management – Leadership competencies, development, succession planning
- Organizational Design – Assisting business through reorganizations, outsourcing, and acquisitions
- Organizational Effectiveness – Strategic optimization of human capital organizational structure and alignment to strategic initiatives
- Relationship Management – Being a strong HR consultant with the business, managing all aspects of the relationship
- Change Management – Design change processes to take organization through change transformation and ensure Associates engagement and continued building of Associate morale.
- Provide leadership, direction, and expertise to enable Senior Leaders to manage large-scale business
- Partner with business clients to build and execute human capital plan in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives, and goals
- Offer thought and policy leadership on human capital issues to business
- Assist in building a fluid organizational culture
