We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our night shift operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and provide conflict resolution strategies.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and productivity.

- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4-9 years of experience in HR, preferably in a night shift role.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in handling large teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
