HR Business Partner (US Shift)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a minimum of 3 plus years of experience in the BPO industry. The HRBP will serve as a key liaison between the HR department and operations teams, driving people strategies, improving employee experience, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with business goals in a high volume, fast paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deeply Act as a strategic HR partner to BPO operations teams, understanding business needs and providing HR guidance.

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit formalities.

- Handle employee relations and grievance management with a fair and balanced approach.

- Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to ensure timely and quality hiring based on workforce planning.

- Monitor and drive employee engagement activities to improve morale and reduce attrition.

- Support performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback, and goal alignment.

- Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and productivity to identify trends and take proactive actions.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.

- Conduct regular floor walks, skip-level meetings, and feedback sessions to maintain employee connect.

- Support learning and development initiatives to upskill and retain talent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a BPO or similar high-volume environment.

- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and labor laws.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in HR systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Experience in handling night shift or 24x7 operations.

- Exposure to HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
