Job Summary:
We're looking for an HR Business Partner who can provide strategic HR support to our client business leaders, drive employee engagement, and develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the BFSI sector, strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs, provide strategic HR support, and drive business outcomes.
2. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
3. Talent Management: Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
4. Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation and benefits, including design and implementation of compensation structures and benefits programs.
5. Job Architecture: Support job architecture initiatives, including job design, role profiling, and organizational design.
6. HR Projects: Lead and support HR projects, including process improvements, policy development, and training initiatives.
7. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 8-14 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in the BFSI sector.
2. Education: Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field.
3. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR systems and tools.
4. Certifications: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications.
