- Design & develop competency framework
- Understand and implement 9-box performance framework
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Exposure to talent analytics - ability to create reports and analyze employee metrics
- Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change
- Guide and coach line managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, etc
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Design and implement smooth on-boarding for new joiners and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring
