Education and Experience:
- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a premier college, with 7-9 years of total work experience.
Role and responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Partner and champion the employee charter to enable business.
- Responsible to drive all key HR processes such as SKIP, NMA, performance management, HR cycles for the region.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, rewards and recognition programs across the geo
- Track trends in employee concerns/ behaviour and proactively address issues before they impact business
- Ensure 100% closure of HR SLAs
- Work closely aligned to the defined geo compliance norms and employment guidelines
Skills and Competencies:
- High initiative and drive
- Demonstrate competence and strong background in employee relations and talent management
- Sound knowledge/exposure of the HR processes, policies and sub systems.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams
- Negotiation & Conflict resolution skills
