HR Business Partner
Objectives of this Role:
- Build trust and be the go-to person for your team members.
- Oversee, refine, and execute policies and procedures, using and improving existing and recommended systems and processes
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, and other personnel packages
- Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR central and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
What Work You Will be Responsible For:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling time with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Nurture a positive working environment. Act as cheerleader and champion for our colleagues.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Drive employee engagement efforts and help build a healthy and positive work environment.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of Human Resources
- Manage your team members and help build a strong, enthusiastic HR team
Basic Qualifications:- Post Graduate degree/ qualification in human resources
- 10+ years' experience in human resources
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
- Proven work experience as an HRBP
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
