- Minimum Experience of 5 to 7 years in successfully developing and delivering Learning Solutions for Org. Leadership
- Strong conceptualization, execution and coaching skills. Leadership with expertise in L&D
- Effective Stakeholder management by consulting and influencing.
Key Expectations:
1. HRBP:
- Defining the Business HR strategy and structure to facilitate effective implementation of HR practices, processes and programs
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Represent the full spectrum of Human Resources function to the business and act as the single point of contact for all their needs
- Facilitate change management wherever whenever required
- Work with other HR sub functions like Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning etc.
2. Compensation and Benefits along with Employee Engagement:
- Provide inputs for annual performance evaluation discussion to the management
- Ensure timely preparation annual year performance merit increment, promotion letters
- Managing Employee benefits plans - Group Insurance Management (Mediclaim, Personal Accident, GTL)
3. L&D:
- Designing and calendaring training interventions basis of TNI & TNA
- Act as a coach/trainer & Conduct new hire training and On the Job Training as per requirements.
- Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including refresher training, monthly tests and call monitoring.
- Branding of L&D function and driving communication campaigns to enhance visibility
- Drive completion of all WBT/ILT interventions (e-learning or Class room learning), LMS Management.
- Design strategy to promote WBT/ILT (Ascend).
- Plan Reward & Recognition for knowledge partners.
