Job Description :
- Incumbent will manage HRBP Portfolio for Technology and Non-Tech workforce in a growing organization, building GCC in Bangalore.
- She/He will be responsible for end to end employee life cycle from employee engagement, driving talent management agenda, Retention, Career Planning & Mobility, promotions, performance management etc.
- Candidate will be responsible for supporting the business by identifying and developing solutions based on business and organizational priorities.
- Should be open to work in an unstructured environment (start up mode).
