About the role
Human Resource Business Partner Manager for a Line of Business/es (LoB) with an overall strength of ~ 1200 team members. Responsible for complex / diverse businesses across multi city locations with complete operational & strategic responsibility for HR function.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to LoB leader/s and Managers on specific Human Resources discipline, Develop program, processes to support business objectives and Partner with Business Unit leaders on growth related workforce planning, structure & span, Career Planning & Development, Capability building, and succession planning.
- Understanding of people practices and policies and collaborate with other team members across HR function to meet the requirement for the business.
- Be an advisor/ consultant to Managers in the LoB, Participates in the formulation of company policies and procedures.
- Review and analyze LoB metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and team member experience. Working with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of team member engagement initiatives within the Line of Business (s).
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management
- Incumbent should have at least 14-19 years of relevant experience in HR/ working as HR Business Partner
- Strong business partnership experience in a complex/ matrix Organization
- Should have managed people in previous role.
