Job Description:
KRA's -
1. Lead a team of HR BP's and Partners with Business to align HR strategy with business strategy and work with them to understand their people challenges and areas of opportunity.
2. Work closely with Business to increase productivity and to manage attrition
3. Responsible for the talent management plan for business
4. Work closely with COE's for Manpower Planning and Budgeting, Learning and Development and Employee Engagement plans right from ideation to execution
5. Analyzing and Driving productivity related initiatives
6. Work on the insights from HR Analytics and use data to drive people plans in the Unit
7. Drive engagement initiatives and Reward & Recognition programs for the business.
8. Responsible for performance management, disciplinary issues and day-to-day matters on human capital for the unit.
Must Have's:
1. MBA would be preferred. Post Graduates with relevant HR experience can also apply
2. 7-9 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist/HR BP in the banking background having managed customer centric departments like contact center / call center / customer Services / virtual assistance / Branch banking.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Strong Stakeholder Management and ability to influence stakeholders to partner on people plan for the unit
5. Proficient in MS Office tools - Excel and PPT
6. Ability to think and innovate, to be a problem-solver
