- Facilitating as HR contact for various employee related activities
- Structured meetings with the BU Teams at regular intervals to understand their concerns and to apprise them of any HR updates
Grievance Handling : To understand employee grievance and to give them a permanent solution on the same
Floor support : To conduct focus groups and one-on-ones to understand the motivation level on the floor and plan for activities accordingly
- Online (HRMS) up-dation and maintenance
Policies : Implementation of HR Policies rolled out by Central HR and provide critical support and feedback in the process
Code of conduct implementation : To ensure each employee follows the code of conduct of the organization
Rewards and Recognition : Works with the CHR team in driving the monthly program to recognize the talented and outstanding employees by ensuring nominations, ratification of data and analysis
Engagement :
Employee engagement activities : Fun at work activities to have a high energy level on the work floor
HR Discussions : Meeting associates with low performance to understand challenges and accordingly help them to achieve better
Engagement reports : Submitting various reports to BU teams to cascade them to the clients
Performance Management system :
- To ensure authenticated data reaching the right person for appraisals
PMS Closure Report : Sending strategic insight report to BU head on potential attrition post appraisals
