Job Role
- Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Exits.
- Driving and Employee Referral scheme.
- Updating and framing policy.
- Employee engagement activities like, Togetherness fest, Annual Day etc.
- Analyzing business graph and taking corrective measures to help business achieve organizational goal.
- Driving disciplinary proceedings as per the situation/case.
- Vendor Relationship Management.
- Location visit plus report creation and publication to the management.
