HR Business Partner - BFSI

- Candidate should have a master's degree in Human Resources from a top-tier business school with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience

- Candidate should be well-versed and proficient in most of the Human Capital functional areas

- Candidate should have excellent communication, people management, project management and interpersonal skills

- Candidate should also possess excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

- Candidate should possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations

- Candidate should display proven ability to work within ambiguity and constraints as well as challenge the status quo

- Candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and have a demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders and complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change
