Required HR-Business Partners for a Leading Financial Conglomerate to be based at Mumbai.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Liaison with Business to understand business /people issues and ideate and drive specific Talent interventions
- Collaborate with various process owners and stakeholders like Leadership team, Resource Management, Learning & Development and employees for implementation of developmental plans
- Understanding employee aspirations through constant interactions and facilitate through interventions like Job Rotation, Role change thereby increasing engagement levels and a good career growth path
- Maintaining the attrition % below the organization/ industry average and identifying possible interventions to control/ reduce the attrition
- Identifying proactive approaches either through exit feedback analysis or emerging trends and defining appropriate retention strategies
- Functional Responsibility of Talent Management & Compensation at the Business Unit level
