HRBP
- Provide advisory and counsel to business leaders on people practices and approach - linking business needs with HR strategy, frameworks, policies and processes.
- Identify needs, and develop and execute solutions to enhance employee's professional and personal growth
- Facilitate organization design and effectiveness, change management, productivity, learning and development, rewards and recognition and overall employee initiatives
- Ensure effective implementation of HR workflows and SOPs, and compliance with policies and programs
- Actively drive continuous improvement projects and other initiatives for process effectiveness and efficiency.
Expected skill sets:
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience in performance management processes, employee relations, compensation, and organization effectiveness and development
- Ability to develop relationships, and use consultative, influencing and collaborative approach across levels
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and solution-orientation with limited directions
