- Continuum Planning and induction
- Structuring Compensation for employees
- Ensuring Diversity along with Business Policy Inclusion & adherence
- Budget Analysis, RAG sheets and other MIS Designing and Analysis
- Responsible for planning, deploying & completion of Performance Management System (PMS)
- Monitoring and Reviewing KPI, Performance and Develop Improvement Plans via Quarter & Annual employee connect
- Managing Escalations and Grievances
