JOB DESCRIPTION - HR BUSINESS PARTNER
- Manage Talent acquisition and manpower planning for the region.
- Position reports to Head of HR.
- Managing end to end HR deliverables for HR operations and Employee relations across entire employee life cycle.
- Providing information and interpretation to employees regarding the Human resources policies, procedures, practices, and decisions.
- Liaison between management and employees by meeting employees on a regular basis, to resolve and manage questions, concerns, and issues.
- Make recommendations on initiatives and policies that are required for building a progressive and vibrant work culture.
- Participate with teams to develop and implement guidelines and policies that support our business, culture, and philosophy.
- Work towards improving employee satisfaction scores and metrics for the teams.
- Be accountable for full compliance with all employee relations requirements, in such areas as terminations, offers, performance management processes etc.
Key Output :
- Proactively Analyse issues/trends (such as attrition, disengagement, etc.), recommend strategies and take up end to end ownership to implement the desired change/outcome.
- Continuously reengineer HR function @ location to add value to the business.
- Participate in setting up systems for resolving employee queries and issues on all aspects of HR. Prepare a calendar for the communication that captures detailed schedules for each quarter.
- Participate in conceptualizing and implementing end to end HR special projects whenever required.
- Proactively strategize and implement retention tools/mechanisms in line with business need.
