13. Play a crucial role in change management including change planning and strategy within an organization.
14. Identify skill gaps, training needs, design and facilitate learning & development programs to build required skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
15. Cultivate an innovative culture by promoting a growth mindset, tracking & measuring efforts, providing insights for decision making and continuous improvement.
