Job Summary:
- Our esteemed global financial client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
- This role is crucial in managing and leading HR operations, ensuring high performance, and fostering a positive team culture.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, global exposure, and a deep understanding of HR processes, particularly in onboarding, employee exits, and process transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring high performance, timely deliverables, and adherence to quality standards.
- Foster an empathetic and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and regular engagement.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members.
Global Process Management:
- Collaborate with international counterparts to effectively transition new HR processes and ensure seamless integration.
- Support the implementation of onboarding and alumni functionality across global teams.
Global exposure sourcing for US & UK clients.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Manage requests, reports, and surveys related to onboarding and employee exits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of employee journeys during the onboarding process.
- Conduct quality control reviews for complex HR tasks and processes.
Process Transitions & Escalation Management:
- Lead process transitions, ensuring effective execution and minimal disruption.
- Manage escalations, conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation of all processes and escalations.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Uphold team motivation and alignment with company values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in HR or related operations, preferably within consulting or professional services.
Global Exposure: Mandatory experience in global sourcing, specifically for US and UK clients.
Leadership: Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving high performance.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement.
