Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and driving strategic solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders and Performance Leads to identify and develop the key people initiatives to deliver on business strategy and end-user needs.
- Act as Product Owner or Squad member for Squads formed to deliver on divisional people priorities, bringing relevant HR specialisation and business knowledge
- Be the - voice of the business- and play a coaching and listening role with other T&C colleagues to help align T&C solutions and business needs
- Leverage the full complement of T&C solutions and capabilities in delivering to business needs, ensuring we maximise our capacity and avoid duplication
- Connecting Tribe and business stakeholders to deliver changes in response to group-wide initiatives (e.g. Reimagining Reward) Managing key relationships
- Influence business leaders based on deep understanding of commercial needs, as well as T&C people levers to effect change. Have an equal share of voice and - seat- at the table
- Coach senior leaders and key SMEs in the business to help them with their key business, people leadership, stakeholder and career development priorities
- Provide strategic advice and courageously challenge the status quo in service of overall business and end user needs (i.e. - Partnering and Advising- over - order taking and execution- )
- Use data and insights from end users and across the business to proactively recommend people solutions and provide strategic support to leaders on T&C processes that will help them improve business performance Workforce capability champions
- Use data and insights to understand trends in the workforce pertaining to attraction, engagement and retention of the workforce in your business and working with relevant stakeholders to address any gaps or risks
- Work with the business to ensure plans are in place to close gaps in or leverage opportunities for workforce capability
- Partner with key stakeholders to help define and prioritise strategic people plans, including capability building

- Strategic adviser and coach - prompt and challenge business leaders with credibility and gravitas, utilising broad generalist HR knowledge and data analytics to influence decisions
